It is often said understanding someone's past helps you understand why they are where they are and what lens they view life through. Sarah, what is your lens?

I was born with the ability to connect to people on a more expanded level. What does this mean exactly? I have been blessed with the ability to intuitively see things. This ability has helped me connect individual's with past loved ones, help individuals to connect to deeper issues that are blocking them and to help them open up their own gifts and talents to help share those with the world. Although this path has had lots of twists and turns I came to understand that I was to use these gifts to help others expand and explore their life. This journey lead me through many different types of trainings to help develop a holistic style to help work with individual's. Over the years I found that this needed to involve treatment to work with individuals on all the different levels that we get stuck: mind, body and spirit.

I went on a search of how you could best work with this in the holistic approach. This is treating the whole person: mind, body and spirit. I also came to accept and love being intuitive. I look forward to continuing my growth personally and to bring this into my practice with my client's. I know that I can only take my client's as far as I have gone so I will always continue to work on me in all areas. This has helped me to provide a safe and sacred environment for my client's so that they can feel safe to explore the areas they need too.
